The Grandstream GRP2670 Executive and Reception IP desk phone is a 7 inch (1024 x 600) touchscreen desk phone model with integrated Bluetooth and WiFi AC capabilities. The GRP2670 is a professional grade desk phone with expansion features to expand BLF buttons on the GBX20 sidecar module for more programmable buttons and speed dial.

The Grandstream GRP2670 is Full-duplex speakerphone with HD audio to maximize audio quality and clarity and is equipped with noise shield technology to minimize background noise. In addition to Bluetooth support, this model includes RJ9 headset jack allowing EHS with Plantronics headsets, USB to support Grandstream’s GUV Series headsets and other USB headsets.

Grandstream GRP2670 Touchscreen WiFi IP Phone Overview

The GRP2670 allows for 64 Virtual Multi-Purpose Keys (VPK), an easy-to-use 7-inch capacitive touch screen, and support for Bluetooth, EHS (Plantronics) and USB headsets, the GRP2670 is the perfect choice for busy professionals, executives, and receptionists who manage high call volumes.

Other stand alone features include: Hold, transfer, forward, 5-way conference, call park, call pickup, shared-callappearance (SCA),  bridged-line-appearance (BLA), downloadable phone book (XML, LDAP, up to 2000 items), call waiting, call log (up to 2000 records), XML customization of screen, off-hook auto dial, auto answer, click-to-dial, flexible dial plan, hot-desking, personalized music ringtones and music on hold, server redundancy and fail-over.

GrandStream GRP2670 Highlights

This device features a large 7 inch color LCD allows for cloud provisioning and centralized management, the GRP2670 is supported by Grandstream’s UCM PBX Phone Systems and Device Management System (GDMS), which provides a centralized interface to configure, provision, manage and monitor deployments of Grandstream endpoints.

Expandable IP Phone Options

A sidecar module can be added to expand LED button capacity and add further BLF (Busy Lamp Field), call park/call retrieve, speed dial or other programmable features to customize the user's experience and tasks.

The addon GBX20 side car module includes 20 dual-colored extension keys and 2 arrow keys for page switching. Connect up to 4 GBX20 modules for up to 160 additional LED buttons for contacts/extensions.

Grandstream GRP2670 IP Phone Business Audio

The IP Phone also offers newly added support for Opus Audio Codec (High Fidelity Wideband/Narrowband) for a superior HD audio performance experience. The GRP2615 will also support newly added Cloud Management / Device Management Platform, in addition to the ability to Zero-config and auto-configure with GrandStream's UCM / IP-PBX Phone Systems.

Although this model comes with WiFi networking ability, you can still use the Dual-port RJ45 network connection for fast internet as a bridge to your PC or laptop on the desk.
