The guillotine is made from solid Solingen Steel - a metal which is know in the industry for staying sharp and lasting a very long time. Although cutting with this model is a breeze, OREweb.ca® does recommend using Trim-Ease to ensure the blade is conditioned and glides through material clean and easy. When handling larger stacks, lubricating the blade allows the cutter to cut with-out "sticking" to material during repetitive tasks.
