The back-stop guide is sizable enough to cover most of the all metal cutting board, and can be mounted on either side of the base mounts. The blade lever on this model can be locked into place when not in use to eliminate accidental injury while moving or storing the equipment.
This unit incorporates a blade channel pull-out /waste catch-tray - which also doubles as extra support for material over-hang while trimming longer material.
