This is a replacement plastic paper clamp for the Dahle 559 large format trimmer and cutter (Part #00559.50.1151).

Simply slide the cutting head to one site, remove the old clamp and insert the new one into place. The paper clamp can be replaced as needed on the listed trimmer model.
